Useless. Ignores all calls after taking holding fees. Doesn't get contracts done in time leaving people stranded outside the property they're supposed to be moving into.

Extortionate fees, but in a way that's every lettings agency.Left a property over 2 weeks ago, still haven't received deposit back, no-one communicates with me about it.You need a reference for your next property? You'll have to pay and the worst part is, it is not explained to who I have to pay... It's bad enough that I have to pay, but damn it give me some info or call me about it.
To be honest , as long as you are dealing directly with Daniel and his team at the Lincoln office you'll have fabulous service, he works exceptionally hard on behalf of you as a landlord, however the downside is the other aspects that are not handled by the actual branch and that part of the service is poor... I have given 5* as Daniel goes above and beyond his duties.
