Great service. Jules in particular is always brilliant - friendly, efficient & professional.

I have to say that the staff here are really nice. It's not easy dealing with impatient people who have had to queue. These ladies are all lovely.

I really don't know why I bother using this place, they were slow, rude and indifferent yet again - a constant theme from the staff there I'm afraid.I usually go to the sub-post office on Woodfield Avenue which is much better organised with polite staff who know what they are doing, but I had to do some other errands on the shopping centre so I thought I'd just pop in for a book of stamps.Queued up, a customer left and so I went to then available staff member (like any other shop that you go to) on the left side behind that photo booth they have for driving licences and such. The woman then decided she wanted to try to stuff a very large parcel into a mailbag, didn't fit, she faffed around for several minutes until she managed to do it. Then another one. Then decided she had to seal it with a tie strip. Then decided she had to hang it up .........Several minutes later I asked her "would you like me to go to the other till?" - which she ignored. When she finally deigned to acknowledge me, she was just downright rude - when I politely asked her if she needed to stuff boxes in bags right then, she rudely remarked that she hadn't called me to her to be served so I should wait! Any other shop would have much better customer service, the staff plainly operate in their own little Post Office bubble here - but they need to remember who pays their wages in the end. I have given in with this branch - something which seems to be a bit of a common experience from talking with other local people and the reviews they get on Google . Much nicer experience in Woodfield Avenue sub-branch.

I popped in at 7:45 to post a parcel, at that time the main post office isn't open so postal items are accepted at the shop counter. I required Special Delivery but due to the value of the item I required additional insurance but the lady behind the counter could only find the standard insurance option. Eventually a queue started to build up so I had to take the risk with standard insurance cover and hope Royal Mail don't lose my parcel. More training is obviously required for shop staff accepting mail before the Post Office opens....

Every time I use this post office I come away smiling. All the staff there are as daft as brushes. They make your experience as fast and stress free as they can. Please keep up the good work.
