Made a long drive to visit this store. Sadly there was no parking allowed as it's situated on an urban clearway so if your disabled in any way that's the first hicup. The store itself was accessed by a large step with a narrow doorway. Store itself was well stocked and slightly more expensive than others I have visited. The store is long and very narrow with two more steps inside so if you are in a wheelchair this is an absolute no go due to the steps on the entrance and being so narrow you wouldn't be able to maneuver. Would I recommend this store, no, not really.
Although these people seem to be helpful and welcoming, be in no doubt that this is merely a front. In my view they think only of themselves, and I will never deal with them again. Carpe diem!
Hello, be careful when you are buying from this shop. The owner had me come to his shop to sell me a phone which he was advertising on the internet. Probably there is no point for me to tell you this when this is a pet shop but the point is if you buy something from him make sure that is the thing you need because he won't consider in refunding you or helping in any way.I had a bad experience with the owner which tells a lot about the way he is doing business.
Great prices and fantastic quality of service. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Provide aftercare and support if needed anytime of day.Welfare of the animals/ reptiles comes first and foremost. Our Oustalets Chameleon Galaxy has settled perfectly and we're sure we'll return for a companion for him and possibly more. I've never owned a reptile prior to meeting my new partner but now I've got the reptile bug as his owned a plethora of cold blooded critters.
I have been coming here for a while. All staff are very helpful, well trained and knowledgeable on every animal in store. Every question I have had for them, they had a perfect answer every time. I have bought a baby Tegu and a baby bearded dragon from them and they have always been available for advice and anything I need. They are very animal welfare orientated, which is excellent to hear, as it is very common these days to put sale before animal. If you don't go there for anything else, they have a wide array of bright, friendly, colourful animals there to look at.
