A good place to take a relaxing stroll and enjoy nature. On one of the lakes it is allowed to let your dog (s) off the lead so they can stretch their legs. Quite a few lakes to walk round so not particularly crowded generally.
Great place to walk the dog or take your children for the afternoon. Small play area, cafe and picnic area to use if required along with toilets etc. Multiple walks / routes to follow from short to long and everything in between. 1 to park your car so not going tl break the bank.
Really friendly place to take a scenic walk. Disabled and dog friendly with benches overlooking the lake. Uneven ground but can be negotiable by wheelchair with just a little care. Clean loo's easily accessible from the car park. Shop staff very polite and friendly too. Also plenty of poo bins for dogs. Well sign posted varied walks on most solid paths.
