Richard is our go-to locksmith; he fitted all our new locks when we moved house, came out to help us with the dodgy old burglar alarm installed by previous owners, and then fitted our new alarm as well. He always answers the phone when he can and if he can't he's quick to call back. He's helped us out in some pretty stressful times and I really appreciate it.
