Homelet an provide excellent referencing service for Agents. Their system is thorough and precise preventing many would-be tenants from moving into properties with the inability to pay. If it wasn't thorough then I'm certain the level of arrears would be significantly higher. If you want good referencing, look no further.
Very disappointed in this company, unfortunately as with many faceless companies, they really don't care about people's individual circumstances. The whole process of referencing is invasive enough. They asked to see evidence of savings, which I provided. They than said I'm not approved because it looks like my money is from self employed means. Extremely frustrating in the least. Of course my savings are from self employed means, I am self employed. Adding to my frustration was the fact the people who actually deal with referencing are not 'customer facing'. So I couldn't actually talk to a person that was able to explain anything properly. I mainly got the answers "I don't know", "I can't say" "speak to your estate agent" from the customer service person, which was obviously not helpful. 54 well spent.
I have contact this company in the past to get a quote and after having read Google reviews I decided to not proceed and since then, I am getting bombarded with SPAM e-mails and Text Messages. Avoid this organisation as much as you can - do not make the mistake of providing them with any contact information otherwise be prepared for harrasment sales calls, texts and spam
These people dont give a dam about people. They don't answer anything that you send them, I have messaged them 5 times now Nd not 1 correspondence from them. If they are getting money out of you it is a different thing. Use another company if you want better service, there are others out there that are alot better....
