I've been using tools action for some time now.And I can not fault either staff or products and if I've had a problem they have been more than happy to help.
Local toolstation OK. If you order online and there is a problem don't expect any help. There seems to be a total unwillingness or inability to answer e-mails, and if using the phone don't hold your breath.
Toolstation Lincoln is nice with friendly service, expertise, advice and assistance, purchases in store or click and collect service, a nice place to visit with a free warm drink to enjoy while you decide what to buy
Always provide a first class service when I pop in to my local store. Will be in again tomorrow for some specialist drill bits.
Never had such a problematic delivery experience. Made a simple online purchase and they made mistakes after mistakes with regards to delivering my goods. One mistake is acceptable, it happens, but this was beyond a joke. I gave up in the end as I was calling to report yet another mistake they had made for the third time.THIRD time!
