Bit pricey for mpv wash and roof still not wiped

Absolutely awful experience - i wanted a mini valet and to leave my car there whilst they did it so i turned up and drove to the valeting area. The owner/boss guy or whatever stormed over shouting to me telling me move over to the other area, swearing at me. Totally disgusted at the customer experience. Wouldnt even give it 1/2 a star.
They do an ok job, very rushed & little areas missed but because of this. I drive a transit van & feel i get over charged over 4x4's because i only have 2 doors which they wipe round, (cars have 5 doors if you include the boot) & i also only have 3 Windows to clean so the extra charge isn't justified, ok for cars but not vans.
