Poorly signed - the tiny access lane is signed only on the wrong side for anyone approaching from the city centre or railway station. Information office is not accessible to disabled people (or anyone with a push chair). The boarding points are too low. The toilets close at 5pm!
The council have really done well with the layout of the new and temporary bus station. As a student, who commutes from home to university, I find that the bus station is not only at a very convenient place, but it is also functioning at, what seems to be, an optimum level. I haven't been late for the lectures I am scheduled for, and pairing the stagecoach app and Google, it is very easy to navigate what buses I may need and from what stop.
