Called into the shop after seeing on their website they were Dawes and Giant stockist, asked to see some of the bikes but was told that they don't have them in stock but on their web site, i really wanted to see them in the flesh, when i asked which size bike would i need in either the Days or Giant two of the staff didn't have a clue and gave me a Dawes catalogue and to look on the website!!. This shop is not geared up for the casual cyclist more for the specialist i.e road and mountain bikers.Also after doing research they are more expensive than other outlets.

This is an excellent bike shop. The knowledge of all the staff I have found second to none and for the past few years I have taken all of my families bikes here for service and repairs. I have also bought new bikes from here and would highly recommend them.
Since becoming quite serious about Mountain Biking, I have had work done by the team at Arrow Cycles a number of times, and also been to buy parts there. The staff are helpful, friendly, and have the most experience of 'proper' Mountain Bike's in the city.Yes, other bike shops can fix your 79 brand new budget bike, but if you want the best cycle tech's working on your beloved expensive machine, then there really is only one choice, and that is Arrow Cycles.I would not trust anyone else in the city with my bike, and I feel lucky to have such a top quality facility so close to home.
